Hello, I’m Rupanjali Grover.

My work as an ICF–PCC certified coach is rooted in a simple belief: people already carry the answers they are searching for. My role is to create the space where those answers can surface - safely, honestly, and with clarity.
My own journey has been layered and real. I’ve worked in the IT world, built as an entrepreneur, mentored business owners, and continue to grow as a mother to two wonderful boys. These experiences shape how I coach. They allow me to see the whole person - not just their goals, but the context, pressures, and inner narratives that influence them.

I coach with deep presence, empathy, and intentional listening. Every conversation is anchored in trust. When someone chooses to work with me, I honour that choice by showing up fully - curious, non-judgmental, and committed to their growth.

With over 5 years of coaching experience, 850+ coaching hours, and 136+ hours of professional coach training, I remain a dedicated lifelong learner. I continuously refine my practice so that each session meets my clients where they are - and supports them in moving forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Coaching, for me, is not about fixing people.
It is about partnering with them as they step into who they are becoming.
My story
I have never believed in settling for less.
And I still don’t.
​
There was a time when I was a mid-career professional, a working mother to two toddlers, and suddenly starting over in a new country. Because of visa restrictions, I couldn’t work.
I found myself surrounded by incredibly accomplished women - chartered accountants, dentists, architects - quietly letting go of their dreams.
Many told me I should do the same., that trying was pointless.
I couldn’t accept that.

Then, as if life needed another twist, COVID arrived.
​
Even then, I wasn’t ready to give up on myself. That’s when I found coaching - and it felt like a light switching on. Something in it spoke to me instantly. It gave words to what I had always believed in: empathy, deep listening, seeing people without judgement, and trusting their inner strength.
For the first time in a long time, I felt alive. I felt purposeful.

I knew then that I wanted to become the coach I once needed.
So no one has to struggle in silence.
So no one feels unseen or unheard.
​
Choosing this path has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my life.
